How do I submit my photo?
You can either message us from your Etsy account and attach the photo, or email it directly to support(at)acustomcut.com along with your order number.
Can I add a message to my engraving?
Yes. You may add a personalized message to the front, back, or both sides. Please select the option on the item page.
How long does shipping take?
This item ships free via USPS First Class for 8"x10" and smaller. Transit can take 2-5 days depending on your distance from San Diego, CA. You can upgrade to USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days delivery) at checkout. Larger signs automatically ship USPS Priority Mail due to the weight.

What fonts can I use for personalized messages?
You can use any fonts typically found on Windows or Mac computers, [Google Fonts](https://fonts.google.com/), or our [selection of curated fonts](https://fonts.acustomcut.com/).
When will my order ship?
This item generally ships in 2 business days. Production time may take longer during peak shopping days such as before major gift giving holidays. Proof requests may extend your ship date pending approval of the final proof. Please contact us before ordering if you have a deadline for your order and we will do our best to meet it.
Can you remove items from the background of my photo?
Besides cropping your photo to your selected size, do we do not offer any retouching services. We will accept requets for retouching or photo editing, such as combining multiple photos, removing blemishes, and removing people or items from the photo. Photos should be ready to use as is when submitting your order.
I only have a physical print of the photo and I don't own a scanner. How do I submit my photo for engraving?
If you have an iPhone or Android phone, you can use the PhotoScan app by Google to automatically remove glare and perspective distortion.
Can you send me a photo of my order before you ship?
Due to high order volume we are unable to send photos of the finished product before shipping. A digital proof of your order may be requested before production.
