How do I order multiple words?
To order multiple words for your sign simply include text in the personalization notes of your order. Please indicate if you would like the words connected or separate to avoid delays in production.
Please note that the height of the sign will decrease as more letters are added.
How tall will my sign be?
The height will vary based on the font and the number of characters. Please see our preview tool for size estimates.
How do I order multiple words so they're the same height?
Since we sell our signs by the width, the height can vary wildly based on the number of letters, or the letters used, for a given width. A good example is two names for a pair of siblings that share the same room. If the names vary in length, like "Ava" and "Alyssa", "Ava" will be sized much taller than "Alyssa" for the same width. If you would like your signs to have a uniform height appearance, please contact us for a custom order so we can get you exact sizes and costs.
Can you send me a photo of my order before you ship?
Due to high order volume we are unable to send photos of the finished product before shipping. A digital proof of your order may be requested before production.
Can I use a font not listed on your website?
Yes, you can use a custom font as long as they meet the following requirements:
- The font is licensed for commercial use OR you provide an outlined vector file with the design
- The design will be sturdy enough for use as a sign

How do I hang or mount my sign?
Mounting options will vary based on the size and weight of your sign.
Our signs do not include hanging hardware since everyone's needs are different.
The easiest and most popular method to hang our signs are with 3M Command Strips. They may be purchased online or your local hardware store. Choose the right weight rating based on the size of your sign.
You may also hang the signs by hanging the loops of the letters on nails and resting the bottoms of the sign on a nail. Never screw or nail directly into the sign.
For hanging against hedge walls, curtains, or any frame without a background, fishing wire may be used to anchor the sign to the frame or sides of your setting.
